Pavel Seldemirov
Born in 1988 in Volgograd. Received a technical education. Studied photography and semiotics of the image. Studied “Philosophy of Art” at the Jewish Museum and “Anthropology of the Image” at the Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Arts. Graduate of the Rodchenko School, workshop “Communicative, Interactive and New Media 2015-2018”. Creator, teacher and presenter of the course “Digital Media” at the online school “Concept”. Lives and works in Thailand.

Paul explores the philosophical lineage from the Stoics to Spinoza, through Deleuze to Brian Massumi's philosophy of speculative pragmatism and Levi Bryant's object-oriented philosophy. His interests include determinism and predestination in action, ethics as a science of relations between objects, aesthetics as a practice of access, the logic of sensation and affect, theories of dialog and the study of discommunication.
